二氫茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)是一種人工合成的植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑,與維管束植物中普遍存在的天然植物調(diào)節(jié)劑茉莉酸(JA)的結(jié)構(gòu)相似,具有相同功能和相似的作用模式,對環(huán)境低毒。該物質(zhì)在植物表面和體內(nèi)以緩釋方式產(chǎn)生茉莉酸分子并具有極強的誘導(dǎo)抗逆和增產(chǎn)作用。PDJ還可以促進蘋果、葡萄等果實著色及提早成熟。PDJ具有以下生理效應(yīng):①0.01-0.1mg/LPDJ浸種對發(fā)根,幼苗生長表現(xiàn)出促進效果,但大于0.1mg/L表現(xiàn)抑制;②促進苗期生長,增強抗逆性;③促進幼果脫落;④促進果實成熟。
關(guān)于PDJ應(yīng)用的科學(xué)研究如下:
(1)研究不同濃度二氫茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)對葡萄果實著色及品質(zhì)的影響,實驗結(jié)果表明:PDJ、MeJA處理能夠顯著提高果皮中花色苷含量,降低葉綠素a、b含量,改善果實色澤;PDJ、MeJA處理能夠顯著提高果實可溶性固形物、維生素C含量,促進果皮中總酚、類黃酮的積累,改善果實品質(zhì)。
(2)The effects of the application of the jasmonic acid (JA) derivative n-propyl dihydrojasmonate (PDJ) on lesion diameter,endogenous abscisic acid (ABA), phaseic acid (PA), JA, aroma volatiles, and antioxidant activity showed that PDJ applicationdecreased the Lesion diameters. PDJ application before inoculation increased ABA and PA concentrations, and the synergistic effectof JA and ABA may play a role in the defense mechanism against pathogen infection in grape berries. In addition, PDJ applicationgenerally increased the production of aldehydes, esters, and terpenes. These volatiles may also be associated with resistance topathogen infection.
